Zara’s story began with opening of their first store in  Spanish coastal city  A Coruna in 1975. Now it has turned out to be one of the biggest international clothing brands. For them, their customers are at the heart of their unique business model. 

The brand itself is built upon four core values: beauty, clarity, functionality and sustainability. Zara’s designers respond effectively to the changing fashion trends and changing customers needs and maybe that’s the main reason behind the brand becoming a huge success over years. 

 The brand offers variety of clothes for men, women and kids. The offerings are a bit overpriced but still it’s one of the most successful clothing brands same as H&M. people love to go and shop at Zara because of its incredible designs and variety of clothes for every other occasion. 

Other than clothes, Zara fragrances are also loved by their customers. Zara Home has got a bit less popularity among people maybe because of the better home options available to people.

When it comes to choosing right outfit, Zara is the right place where you need to dig in and explore. For women they have a different section for basics and they’ve variety of knitwear, jackets, blazers, jumpsuits, trousers, t shirts, sweatshirts, shoes, bags, accessories and perfumes. Similarly for men and kids, Zara offers variety of clothes.

Pakistan's Traditional Wedding Apparel's

In Pakistan, every wedding event honors the traditional wedding ceremony by wearing different clothes. The style of the wedding attire varies from north to south among different ethnic groups. However, in the urban cities of Pakistan men wear a brightly colour kurta or kameez with plain shalwar and colourful shawl on their shoulders and sometimes around their heads. In some marriages, before the wedding, dress code is determined and all men wear the same colour.


The bride wears a yellow or orange kameez with a simple shalwar, Patiala shalwar, white dupatta and yellow paranda until the wedding day and groom wears sherwani with churidar pajama. In other regions, customs vary in the north-west, particularly in the tribal areas, wearing Firaq Partug is necessary for a bride and groom wears plain,white-colored Kameez and traditional chappal called Peshawari and Bugti chappal. Brides also wears traditional sehra on their heads during the baraat event. Now groom mostly wear sherwani with tight jeans look like a churidar pajama. Wedding dresses are beautifully distinctive for a traditional ceremony in Pakistan. Brides usually wear a lavish lehenga or gharara with  strong red and different vibrant colors like maroon and pink jewels.

Underrated Pakistani Clothing Brands

We are all well aware of Pakistani brands that are already famous, like Khaadi, Sapphire, Sana Safinas etc. But there are other Pakistani brands that are good in what they make but haven’t got the fame that they deserve.

Zahra Ahmed

I came across Zahra Ahmed’s brand by reading about it in a review post and then looking it up on Instagram, I am impressed by her unique designs. She uses different kinds of patterns and stitches them together so beautifully that each pattern and piece fits and compliments each other.

Her clothes have a very traditional and royal look which I find very beautiful although they are pretty heavy for casual wear but are perfect for weddings.

EGO

We have all heard about or have seen this one. EGO used to be one of the big names back in 2010-2013.Recently it is making a comeback with their trendy clothes. The best thing about EGO are their shirts,and Kurtis.

This winter their new arrivals are pretty Hot, their 2 piece suits, shirts, overalls, capes, straight shirts and also jumpsuits.(wow!).

Rang Ja

It is just like the name says “Rang Ja” with a blast of colors in their every piece of clothing,the name fits perfectly. It is another desi  traditional clothing brand inspired by Pakistan’s culture and heritage, their classics are my favorite, elegant and trendy. Not only the shirts but also their 2 and 3 piece suits are beautiful.

Their festive clothing gives off such beautiful vibes that you would not be able to resist a photography session after wearing them.

The shrugs are full of different kinds of patterns and colors that go just right with plain shirts and tops. Perfect I tell ya!.

Not only that, their kotis, dupattas, even the jewelry is beautiful.

Blessed Friday. It’s a very new concept for the Pakistani Customers but the idea has been grabbed instantaneously by the people in Pakistan like all over the world. Around the globe it has been known as black Friday but due to the piousness of the day in Islamic Religion it has been renamed as blessed Friday as Fridays are considered to be blessed. So this year it was held on 22dn of November on most of the places. The discounts were really good and eye catching almost 30-50% was off on all brands. Some of the brands continued this Friday sale for the entire week whereas some brands used 29^th as a blessed Friday sale. Such sales have an immense effects on the people because it creates an image in the eyes of the customers that they’ll get benefitted. Most successful sale according to me was on outfitters, breakout, Gul Ahmed etc. These offers are much better around the globe but as the economic conditions of the Country are not very good and even the company mafias don’t let people to a lot of benefit. But still a 30% off is much better than charging a 100%. These offers are good for customers as they give them a sense of hope.
